Harbros MFG (Hartley Brothers Manufacturing) is seeking a Draftsman / Designer, preferably with parametric software (3D modeling) experience, to join our team. We are a well-established manufacturer of commercial millwork and cabinetry located in Mobile, AL. Along with cabinetry, we also are a Custom Designer / Manufacturer of anything a customer may be in need of.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer submittal packages and production drawings utilizing 3D software

• Assist in creating and maintaining digital product library

• Work with senior Engineers in development of new products

• Work with production personnel to troubleshoot technical issues when they arise

 

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience utilizing parametric software (SolidWorks, Cabinet Vision, etc.)

• Preferred experience in working around CNC technology

• Preferred experience in creating detailed and accurate drawings for production

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

• SolidWorks experience is a plus

 

Pay based on experience.
