Office Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

Harbros is looking for an Office Clerk. In this position you will be providing three main responsibilities to the company: office administration, data entry, and accounts receivable / payable. All of which should be conducted with high accuracy.


(1) Office Amin.

  • Answer telephone calls and emails, and redirecting them to other employees when appropriate.

  • Type reports, letters and other business documents.

  • Sort mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees.

  • Update and store business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supplies.


(2) Data Entry

  • Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

  • Update database with inventory coming in and going out.

  • Input text-based and numerical information in to internal database.

  • Type in data efficiently, with little to no errors.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.

(3) Accounts Receivable / Payable

  • Communicate with clients and customers to request payment.

  • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.

  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

  • Pay monthly bills on time and record data in internal database.


Work Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Education, Experience, and Preferred Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Two to three years office experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
